Kath Roy E., age 69, of rural Waseca, formerly of Mpls, died May 11, 2002. He had worked as a plumber at Phelps-Drake in Mpls and later for the City of New Hope. Visitation 4-8 pm Tuesday at MICHAELSON FUNERAL HOME, 1930 Austin Rd., Owatonna (507-451-7943). Funeral 11 am Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Owatonna
