Adams, Robert E. age 70, of Bloomington, passed away Sept. 15, 2008. Preceded in death by parents, Theodore & Isabella Adams and brother, Theodore Adams Jr. Survived by sisters, Isabel (Donald) Jensen, Carol (Raymond) VanCott and Susan (Jacques) Teich; former spouse, Sandra Adams; Irene Schuna and family; nieces, nephews and many friends. Bob spent his entire 40-year career at Merrill Lynch where he rose from the mailroom to Vice President of Investments. He was known for his honesty, integrity and dry sense of humor. The family would like to thank hospice nurse Mary Imholt for her compassionate and personal care for Bob and also the staff of N.C. Little Hospice for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to N.C. Little Hospice. Private interment, Resurrection Cemetery.
