Hay Richard C., age 46, of Brooklyn Park, passed away suddenly Feb. 9, 2002. Preceded in death by father, Alfred Hay and stepfather, Wallace ''Bud'' Fredstrom. He was a wonderful son & brother - his spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew him. Survived by loving mother, Marilyn Fredstrom, Baxter, MN; brothers, Jim, Brooklyn Park, John, Wisconsin Rapids, Rob, Maple Grove; sister, Laurie Boros, Baxter, MN; other relatives & friends. Memorial service Sat., Feb. 16, 1 pm at First Lutheran Church, 424 S. 8th St, Brainerd. Lunch to follow at church. In lieu of flowers memorials to the church or donor's choice.
