Ernst Richard C., age 69, of Brainerd, formerly Marine-on-St. Croix, died 7/31/02. He is survived by his lifelong companion, Sally; daughter, Wendy (Richard) Anderson, Osceola, WI; son, Richard C. Ernst of Mpls; sister, Mary (Eugene) Streeter of McGregor, MN; 3 grandchildren, Richard (Amy) Anderson, Sarah (Adam) Kobernick and Katie Anderson; 2 great-grandchildren, Aric Anderson and Kyle Kobernick. A memorial service was held Aug. 5, 2002 at the Lutheran Church of the Cross in Nisswa, MN, with Pastor Kurt Wied officiating. Brenny Funeral Home Baxter/Brainerd, MN 218-828-5051
