Clasen Richard Charles, age 78 of St Paul passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sat, May 25, 2002. Preceded in death by son, Joseph Francis; parents, Albert & Susan (Yunker); brothers, George & Carl; sister, Lucille Snyder. Survived by loving and devoted wife, of 52 yrs, Shirley (Gadbois); sons, Peter (Mary Jo), Paul (Cynthia), John, Mark (Becky), Robert (Pamela); daughters, Mary (Mike) Scanlon, Martha Ehman (Dave Bloomstrand), Kathryn (Gary) Pharmer, Sara Braun, Carolyn (Dave) Hill; beloved grandfather of Ben & Kate Clasen, Rachel & Zachery Clasen, Mallory Scanlon, Jesse Ehman, Madelyn Braun and Emily & Erin Hill; also many nieces & nephews. Richard was a well respected 42 yr devoted employee of Lampert Yards Inc. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Wed at THE CHURCH OF ST. MARK, Dayton @ Moore, St Paul. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation at WILLWERSCHEID & PETERS MORTUARY 1167 Grand Ave, St Paul 5-8 PM Tues and at church 1/2 hr prior to Mass. Any memorials to St Mark's School.
