Sprau Richard A., of Rio Verde, AZ, passed away on June 28, 2003 after a brief illness. He was born on December 14, 1938 in Franklin County, Iowa and grew up in nearby Latimer. Richard loved his family, his grandchildren, his friends and playing golf. He spent his professional career in manufacturing management. Richard is survived by his wife of 42 years, Dorothy; his children, Julie (Joseph Kelly), Jeffrey (Angela), and Timothy (Keri) and his six grandchildren, Lauren, Annelise, Nicole, Colin, Sloan and Erik. His love and humor will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Richard's life on Saturday, July 19, 2003 at 11 AM at Rio Verde Community Church. A remembrance of Richard's life will also be held in Minneapolis, later this summer. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
