Herzig Richard A., age 76, of Charlotte, NC, formerly of St. Paul, passed away on December 29, 2001 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne; son, David (Amy), and daughter, Linda. He also is survived by three stepchildren, Gordon Hendrickson (Lisa), Laurie Schmall (Brad) and Lisa Shaughnessy (John); two grandchildren (Amanda and Ryan Herzig), and 10 step-grandchildren. Richard's life will be celebrated at a memorial service at Ascension Lutheran Church, 6719 Cedar Lake Rd., St. Louis Park, on Saturday, January 19, at 2:00 PM. Memorials preferred to the Lions Club.
