West, Richard W. Age 82 of Minneapolis, born October 2, 1937 in Owatonna to Carl & Olive "Billie" West, passed away October 9, 2019. Richard had a very full fraternal life. He was the Exalted Ruler of the Mpls Elks 44, past member Zurah Shrine Cycle Corps, life member Zurah Shrine Horseman, honor- ary member Long Beach Mounted Patrol, Honorary Fire Chief Mpls., Capt. Zurah Shrine Provost, President Zurah Shrine Provost, Capt. Osman Shrine Provost, and former member of the Templar Masonic Lodge #176. Richard will be dearly missed by his children, Cindy West and Richard (Jessica) West; grandchildren, Kylee & Axel and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his two dogs, B.J. and Bobbi. Visitation 5-7 PM, Monday, October 14 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls.
