Garms Richard, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2002 at the age of 84. Survived by wife, Freida Garms; son, David (Kris) Garms, all of Blaine, MN; daughter, Carla (Eric) Wiederhold of Andover, MN. Memorial service 2 pm Saturday at Family of Christ Lutheran Church in Andover, MN.
