Chapman, Richard "Dick" age 74, of Cook, MN, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, the result of injuries sustained in a vehicle accident. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline (2003). Survived by 1 daughter, Susan (Scott) Thomas of Cook; 1 grandson, Erik Thomas of Cook; 1 brother, Douglas (Nancy) Chapman of Maple Grove, MN; 2 sisters, Juliane Swenson of Zimmerman, MN and Merrily Chapman-West of Austin, TX. SERVICES: 1:00 PM Friday (Nov. 8th) at the First Baptist Church in Cook, MN.. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at the Mlaker Funeral Home in Cook. (218-666-5298)
