Burgess Rev. David P., age 63, of Falcon Heights, on 9/24/02. Preceded in death by parents, E. Clayton and Louise. Survived by wife, Gloria; daughter, Alicia Rusch; son, Colin Rusch; brother, E. Clayton Jr. (Alice); sister, Rosamonde Schurr; 2 nieces, 2 nephews and many friends. Memorial service Friday, 10:30 AM at Hamline United Methodist Church, 1514 Englewood Ave., St. Paul. Visitation Thursday (TODAY), 4-8 PM at Roseville Memorial Chapel, 2245 N. Hamline Ave., and one hour prior at church. Private interment. Memorials preferred to the Am. Diabetes Association, UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) or UNICEF. Arr. Roseville Memorial Chapel, 651-631-2727
