Ling Rev. David Ling, Pastor Emeritus, 77, of Shoreview, died 7/30/02. Survivors include loving wife of 56 years, JoAnn; daughters, Nancy Hagan (John) and Liana Siegfried (Scott); grandchildren, Colleen & John Hagan, and Krista & Kory Siegfried. Founded Presbyterian Church of the Way in 1959; served as pastor for 18 years. Mayor of Shoreview, 1968-69; found of People, Inc.; former director of Arlington House in St. Paul. Visitation Fri 5-7 PM at Pres. Church of the Way. Memorial service Sat. 11 AM at the church. Memorials preferred to PCOTW or Alzheimer's Assn.
