Wagoner (Rivkin) Rena Bertha Wagoner, age 51, died unexpectedly in Cheyenne, Wyoming, having moved there in 1997. Preceded in death by parents, Israel and Anna Rose Rivkin. Survived by beloved daughter, Annie (Anna Nadine Wagoner), former spouse, William Wagoner; sister, Judith Rivkin; many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A private celebration of her life will be held by family and friends. Donations may be sent to an Animal Humane Society or a charitable organization of the donor's choice.
