Belanger Ramona T. (nee Roy), age 83, of Elk River, on Feb. 25, 2002. Preceded in death by her brothers, Walt, Les and Jim; sisters, Martha, Nathlie and Alice; son-in-law, Robert Howard. Survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Edmund. Loving children, Edwin, Theresa Howard of East St. Louis, IL, Eugene (Marilyn), Rich (Betty), Tom (Judy) and Tim (Kris); 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Also survived by Gladyce Youngberg of Sandstone, MN and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 12 noon Friday at the Church of St. Andrew, 566 4th St. NW, Elk River. Visitation 5-8 pm Thursday at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main St., Elk River, 763-441-1212. Interment St. Andrew's Church Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
