Costlow Ralph (Red), 76, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on March 17, 2003. A former resident of Minneapolis, Red was an avid ham radio operator (QQM) and model plane builder. He was employed by Woodcraft Hobbies. Preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Red is survived by nieces and nephews, and special friend, Dellora Burdorf.
