Hagfors Ragnar ''Rags'', 92, Moose Lake, MN formerly of Minneapolis, died peacefully on Friday, August 16, 2002 at his home. Ragnar worked for Warner Hardware Co. in Minneapolis and also owned and operated Midwest Gun & Key Shop in Minneapolis. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice on July 1, 2002; 3 sisters, Nina, Vigdis and Magda; 3 brothers, Earl, Olaf and Ted; and a grandson, Michael. Ragnar will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Larry (Judy) of Brookfield, Wisconsin and Dale of Moose Lake; a daughter, Karen (Ken) Edlund of Minneapolis; 11 grandchildren, Timothy, Daniel, Jeffrey, Karin, Glenn, Allen, Eric, Kirsten, Brian, David and Cathleen; 17 great-grandchldren; 2 brothers, Arne (Tina) of Columbia Heights and Sverre (Fern) of Minneapolis; a sister, Gudrun Westby of Hillsboro, Oregon; and many loving nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10 AM until the 11 AM memorial services Saturday, August 24, 2002 in Hope Lutheran Church, Moose Lake. Private family inurnment will be held in Riverside Cemetery, Moose Lake. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to the Moose Lake Area Historical Society.
