He was born July 3, 1944 in Detroit, MI the son of Edward & Cecilia (Bonnin) Barrington and was raised in Chippewa Falls, WI. He was Vice President of Dunham Sporting Goods. He served in the US Air Force. He was an avid golfer. He is survived by 1 son, Peter Barrington of Eagan, MN; 2 daughters, Wendy Barrington (Brent Nelson) of Denver, CO & Kerri (Greg) Orinstien of Mound, MN; 2 sisters, Mary Sue (Greg) Guilbault of Bloomfield Hills, MI & Cecilia Ann Barrington of West Bloomfield, MI; 3 grandchildren, Mirranda, Samantha & Athen. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother, Paul Barrington. Funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM, Sat., Apr. 6, 2002 at Notre Dame Church, Chippewa Falls. Rev. Brian Jazdzewski will be celebrant of the Funeral Mass. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery, Chippewa Falls. Friends may call from 9:30 AM until time of service on Sat., Apr. 6, 2002 at the Horan Funeral Home, Chippewa Falls. The family requests memorials to the American Heart Association.
