Perkins Paulette ''Polly'' M. age 50 of Elk River on Dec. 14, 2001. Preceded in death by parents, David and Corrine and brother, David. Survived by son, Shane Burton (Carol Anderson); daughter, Kammie Nelson (LeRoy); grandchildren, Patrick, Tucker & Darby Burton and Oliver Nelson; sisters, Jacqueline Morphew (Harold) and Mary Mohn (Bob); brothers, Michael and Daniel Perkins; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Service 10:30am Wed. at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main St., Elk River. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Interment Orono Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Allina Hospice or the American Cancer Society ''A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance.''
