Patricia Raschio Obituary

Raschio, Patricia Ann 72, of St. Paul, died peacefully February 1, 2023, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born on 11/24/1950 in Glencoe, Minn., she grew up in South Minneapolis graduated from Roosevelt High School, received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Minnesota and her Master's Degree from the University of St. Thomas. She was married to Richard Raschio on 8/12/1972. Pat worked for the State of Minnesota, as a Supervisor in the Department of Human Services for over 30 years. Survived by daughters, Tess and Angie Raschio; granddaughters, Audrey and Arianna; stepson David Raschio (Karen); grandchildren, Adam and Renee; brothers, Tom Ressler (Alice) and John Ressler (Rickie); and numerous nephews, nieces, family members and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Walter and Vera Ressler, and her husband, Richard Raschio. Pat was known for her caring and generous nature, her laughter and sense of humor, and her loyalty to friends and family. A celebration of her life will be scheduled later this spring. Memorials can be sent to Friends of the Mississippi, The Humane Society, or The Project for the People of Paraguay.
