Godfrey Hon. Otis H., Jr., age 77, passed away July 17, 2002, at his home in St. Paul. Memorial service Tuesday (TODAY) 2 p.m. at House of Hope Presbyterian Church, Summit at Avon, St. Paul Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to YMCA Camp Widjiwagan, The Loft/Summit University Teen Center or House of Hope Presbyterian Church.
