Humphrey Nancy Katherine Humphrey, 83, of Wayzata and Madeline Island, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2003. She was born on August 31, 1919 to Bryan and Amanda (Head) Pace in Meeker, OK. Nancy studied and was gifted in interior design. She loved needlepoint, playing golf and travel; having lived in Canada, England, France, and Jamaica. She was a member of Woodhill Country Club and Madeline Island Golf Club. She is preceded in death by beloved husband, Thomas; and devoted daughter, Katherine Mason. Nancy is survived by her sons, Thomas Jr. (Robin), Karl (Carol Pompilo), and Michael; grandchildren, Ryan Mason, Trey, Corey, Karl Jr., Christopher, Andrew, Ian, Jonathon and Bryce Humphrey, and Johanna Dickson; son-in-law, Bill Mason; sister-in-law, Nancy Covey; nieces, nephews, and many friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, May 1, 2003 at 11 AM at St. Victoria Catholic Church, 8228 Victoria Dr., Victoria, with Fr. Robert White officiating.
