Survived by wife of 56 years, Allene Rusterholtz; daughter, Sherri Johnson (Dan) of Cambridge; sons, Jonathan Rusterholtz (Jean) of St. Francis, Jeffrey Rusterholtz of St. Paul; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Gladys Franz (Joe) of Kansas. U.S. Navy WWII veteran. Former owner of Rusterholtz Bakery, Erie, PA. Retired, Metz Bakery. Visitation Sun., 2-5 pm, Albin Chapel-Eden Prairie, 6855 Rowland Road. Memorial Service Mon., 2:30 pm, Wooddale Church, 6630 Shady Oak Road, Eden Prairie. Private interment, Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Wooddale Church (choir project).
