Hyduke Millicent S., Grand Rapids, was born to Fred ''Rade'' and Manda Starovich. She graduated from Hibbing HS, St. Cloud State Teachers College; taught in St. Louis County and Hibbing schools. Married Milan Hyduke in 1939. He died in 1977. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Grand Rapids, St. Michael's Serbian Orthodox Church, Hibbing, St. Basil's Serbian Orthodox Church, Chisholm, the Bovey Serbian Sisters Circle, and the PEO Sisterhood. She volunteered at Itasca Nursing Home, Moose Lake State Hospital, Itasca County Historical Society, Northern Minn. Citizen's League, Bruce Bauer Sr. Center, and the YMCA Director Club. Surviving family includes a son, David M. (Kathryn) Hyduke, Mpls; daughters, Melanie J. (Robert) Wynne, Phoenix, and Millicent D. Johnson, Carlsbad, CA; grandchildren, Elizabeth Hyduke-Kelm (Mark Kelm), Stephen Hyduke, Andrea Wynne Stokes (Zachary Stokes), Stephanie Wynne, and Matthew Johnson; great-grandchildren, Grace Kelm and Jillian Stokes; sister, Ann Norman, Auburn, WA; and brother, Fred Starr, Arcadia, CA.
