Lind Mildred ''Millie'' Lind, age 88, formerly of Long Lake, MN, died Dec. 28, 2001 at Scottsdale Heritage Center, Scottsdale, AZ. Born September 11, 1913 in Minneapolis, MN. She was preceded in death by husband, George Lind; six sisters and one brother. Grateful in sharing her life are daughter, Judy Backstrom & husband Rick, Renner, SD; son, Gary Edward Lind & wife Cathy, Hailey, ID; grandson, Eric Backstrom, Sioux Falls, SD; granddaughter, Kristin Harmes & husband Scott, Brooklyn Park, MN; granddaughter, Kimberly Lind, Hailey, ID; sister-in-law, Vivian Swanson; many nieces and nephews, and special friend, Louis Selesky. Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 26 at 1 pm at Calvin Presbyterian Church, Long Lake, MN. Memorials may be directed to Calvin Presbyterian Church.
