Michael Jeffrey Caulk Obituary
Caulk Michael Jeffrey, age 47, of Bloomington, on April 24, 2002. Preceded in death by father, Elmer L. Caulk. He is survived by his mother, June Caulk; brothers, Douglas & wife Charleen and David & wife Sharon; 4 nieces, Stacey, Becky, Sarah and Debbie; and 1 nephew, Jack. He is also survived by his aunt, Joan Johnson and aunt & uncle, Rose & Herb Lacki. Mike worked at Opportunity Partners in Minnetonka. A celebration of Mike's life will be held Monday at 11 am at Normandale Hylands United Methodist Church, 9920 Normandale Blvd., Bloomington. Interment Dawn Valley Memorial Park following luncheon at church. Visitation one hour prior to service at church and also Sunday from 5-8 pm at: WERNESS BROTHERS 2300 W Old Shakopee Rd 952-884-8145
