Chamberlain, Matthew Louis "Matt" Age 30 of Minneapolis, passed away on October 8, 2019. Preceded in death by his dad, Tom; grandma, Joan; and grandpa, Louis. Survived by his mom, Cindy; siblings, Tim (Tara), Mike (Erin) and Jenny (Mark) Cameron; he was an uncle to, Isabelle, Caleb, Lydia, Linnea and Lachlan; dog, Grace; grandpa, Jim Himsel; grandma, Mary (John) Anderson; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Matt was a hard worker and was currently employed at Rally of United Healthcare. His passions were his dog, Grace, traveling, golfing and running. He had a strong faith in God but lost his battle to depression. Visitation from 3-6pm on Sun., Oct. 13, 2019 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. Memorial Service at 11am on Mon., Oct. 14, 2019 at South Suburban Evangelical Free Church, 12600 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
