Mayleben Mary Louise Mayleben, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends early Tuesday morning. She was 61 years old. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 40 years, George; children, Kathy (Russ), George (Suzette), Patti (Jason), Bill (Lisa); grandchildren, Chelsey, Alicia, Max and Spencer; step-granddaughter, Jamie; sister, Joanne (Jim) and brother, John (Judy); as well as the rest of her family and her many, many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Anthony Rys. Mary Lou's energy, sense of adventure, and love of life will always be an inspiration. Mary Lou and her family sincerely thank the wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff at the HHH Cancer Center at North Memorial Hospital, most notably Dr. Stuart Bloom. It was comforting to know that she was at a place that truly cared for her and she thought of you as friends. Memorials may be made in Mary Lou's name to the Complementary Care Program at the Humphrey Cancer Institute, 3300 Oakdale Avenue North, Robbinsdale, MN 55422. Visitation Thursday, 4- 7 pm with prayer service at 7 pm followed at 7:15 pm with a period of remembrance at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 39th and W. Broadway.
