Bowlus Mary E., 91, left this place in the palm of God's hand to enter into the perfect place on 7/10/02. Mary, a ''Mommie'' to all, was born 8/18/10 living all but 15 months in Cedar Rapids, IA. Preceded in death by Russell Bowlus, husband of 51 years. Mary enjoyed many years actively involved in many organizations in Cedar Rapids. The past 15 months she resided at Ridgepoint Sr. Apts, Mtka, and was quickly accepted into the hearts of all, and she in them. Survived by loving daughter, Brandi Briggs, & partner of many years, Al Olesky, they were the apples of her eyes; grandson, Mark Hanson & wife Ginna, & 2 bright stars her great-grandchildren, Bryce & Robyn; & a very special (like a daughter to her), Sally Warren. To celebrate the life of Mary, friends & family are invited to Ridgepoint Apts, Sun., 7/21, 4-5:30 pm, 12600 Marion Dr., Mtka, across 394 from Ridgedale Mall behind Baker's Square (952-540-6200).
