Secord Mary Catherine Secord. Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, friend, and a special lady to everyone. She died as she lived for 94 years - graciously, humbly, lovingly, compassionately, simply and without fanfare. Mary will be abundantly missed by son, Bill & wife Darlene; daughter, Lavonne Bigelow; son, Jim & wife D'Arcy; 17 grandchildren & their spouses, 24 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by loving husband, Wilmer; daugh- ter, Roberta and 12 brothers and sisters. Mary was a friend to all who needed help, and a defender of those who were treated unjustly. But above all else, she had a great love for her husband, her children, the generations that followed, their spouses, her friends, granddogs, and the rosary that she prayed faithfully every day. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, April 21, 11 am, Church of the Annunciation, 54th & Harriet Ave S. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at church.
