Survived by loving family: sons & daughter-in-law, Thomas & Marsha Lezniak, Jerry Lezniak; grandchildren, Thomas (Christine), Megan (Patrick), Joshua and Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Emily, Eon, Kacey, Brianna, Xavier and Tom Joseph; sisters, Emelia Kocon, Genevieve Lach, Anne Stokowski, Helen (Jack) Marinan, Dorothy (Fred) Rodie; brothers, Frank (Gwen) and Raymond (Deanne) Kocon; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Thursday at 10 AM. Interment St. Anthony Cemetery.
