Margaret Tufty Refsdal Obituary
Refsdal Margaret Tufty Refsdal, age 92, who was a resident of Meadow Woods in Bloomington, died 2/18/2002. She was preceded in death by her husband, Palmer; brothers, Harold, Sr. and Norman Tufty; and nephew, Robert Tufty. Margaret is survived by nieces, Loie (Bob) Thomas of Moline, IL, Joanne (Ted) Good of Tucson, AZ, and Ann Greene (Larry) of Mechanicsville, VA; nephews, Harold Tufty, Jr. (Barbara) of Washington, D.C., and James Tufty, Sr. (Mary) of Bradenton, FL; and her husband's 8 nieces and 8 nephews. Margaret had worked until retirement at General Hospital, Minneapolis, as a medical technologist. She was a member of the Ebenezer Society and Central Lutheran Church and for years had been a volunteer at Fairview Southdale Hospital. Memorial service WEDNESDAY, Feb. 27, 7 PM at the Chapel in Meadow Woods, 1301 E. 100th St., Bloomington, MN. No visitation. Private interment, Duluth, MN. Memorials preferred to Central Lutheran Church, Mpls.
