Pond Marcus, age 84 of Waterford, passed away Thursday at the Northfield Care Center. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wed (Aug 21st) at the Mainstreet Moravian Church in Northfield. Burial at the Bloomington Cemetery. Marcus Pond is survived by daughter, Betty (Rich) Lace of Northfield; sons, Bob (Brigitte) Pond of Lakeville, Don (Linda) Pond of Carlton, OR; brothers, LeRoy (Lu) of Eagan, Allan (Rolane) of Lakeville, Ed (Barb) of Eau Claire, WI; sisters, Martha Dorn of Prior Lake, Irene (Leon) Finkel of Merrifield, MN; sister-in-law, Mary Pond of Shakopee; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife, Maria; sister, Esther Ackman; brothers, Vernon and Philip.
