Willis (Janda) Marcia L. (nee Janda), age 53, of Fairfax, VA, formerly of Golden Valley. Died August 21 after 7 years of unyielding battle against breast cancer. Graduated from Golden Valley High School and University of Colorado. Preceded in death by father, Dr. George W. Janda of Mpls. Survived by devoted husband of 31 years, Capt. LaMar Willis, USN (ret); sons, Geoffrey of VA and Ted of CA; mother, Mary Janda; sister, Bonnie Janda (Gary) Crawford, and brother, Joe Janda, all of Twin Cities. Memorial service Saturday, August 24, Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Fairfax, VA. Inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery. Memorials to American Cancer Society.
