Lucy-Lee McDonald Obituary

McDonald Lucy-Lee, died Sat., Nov. 16, 2002 at N.C. Little Hospice. She was 97. Born Lucy-Lee Nichols in St. Paul on June 4, 1905, she was one of seven children of Dr. Arthur Nichols and his wife Emily. She married Conrad Nordquist in 1932 and bore three children: Conrad Jr. of Riverside, CA, David of Overland Park, KS and Marilee Scheuneman of Yonkers, NY. Widowed in 1975, she married Malcom B. McDonald in 1981 and was widowed again in 1991. She is survived by her children and six grandchildren: Mary Lantz, Steven Nordquist, Nicole Scarpati, David Andrew Nordquist, Julie Nordquist and Marnie Nordquist; and seven great-grandchildren. She is survived as well by her step-children, Helen McDonald and Malcom W. McDonald, and her sister, Janet Daniels. A memorial service will be held at St. George's Episcopal Church, Minnetonka Blvd. at Hwy. 100 in St. Louis Park at 11:00 AM on Wed., Nov. 20. Mrs. McDonald was a founding member of St. George's Church. Memorials may be made to St. George's Church.
