Brynestad Lucille P., age 88, of Mpls, died June 1, 2003. She was born on June 11, 1915 to John & Magdaline Lucas of Bessemer, MI. Preceded in death by husband, Isaac; parents; brothers, Frank and John; sisters, Catherine Doto, Mary Enger, Ann Courtney, Alyce Butler, Rose Golobek and Margaret Magdeline Ellingson. Survived by sons, Dale Brynstad of Mpls and Dennis Brynstad (Sharon) of Plymouth; daughter, Judy Barron (Bob) of Hastings; sisters, Margaret Zadra (Max) of Lake Worth, FL, Barbara Nestler (Ken) of Tucson, AZ, Ruth Grenda (Don) of Ironwood, MI and brothers, Bill of Ann Arbor, MI and Jim (Adeline) of Lantana, FL; 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews. Lucille (Lucy) managed income property for over 50 years, was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the VFW, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and Ladies Auxiliary to the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. Lucy's favorite recreation was ballroom dancing, which she did into her mid 80's. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11 am at the Basilica of St. Mary, 17th & Hennepin, Mpls.
