Lucille M. Steere Obituary
Steere (nee Shaw) Lucille M. age 58, of Excelsior & longtime resident of Mound passd away peacefully on 01/05/2002 after a courageous three year battle with lung cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Wesley & Irene Shaw. Survived by daughters, Shari Steere, Jodi Gould; & finace, Jason Blomer; grandson, Tyler Gould; sisters, Phyllis (Owen) Bakken & Janice Campbell; & many relatives & friends. Lucy owned and operated the Hair Connection in Mound for 24 years. We will miss her greatly, she was a wonderful mom, grandma, sister & friend. Memorial service, Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at 12:00 PM, Huber Funeral Chapel, 1801 Commerce Blvd., Mound. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service.
