Survived by son, Daniel Robert Jacobs; mother, Margaret Jacobs; father, Thomas Jacobs (Sharon); brothers, Tom (Kim) and Tim (Kathy); step-sisters, Ginny Grassman and Toni Susemihl; nieces and nephew, Lindsay, Tommy, Kelsey, Paige and Jenna. Service Thursday, 7 pm at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 39th & W. Broadway. Visitation Thursday, 5-7 pm. Graveside service 10 am Friday at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
