Linka K. Johnson Obituary
Johnson Linka K. (Preus), of Mpls., formerly of Thousand Oaks, CA and Parkland, WA, passed away peacefully Jan. 3, 2002. Preceded in death by her parents, Dr. J.C.K. Preus & Dr. Diderikke Brandt Preus; sister, Jeanne Rost; and brother, Rolf Preus. Survived by her daughter, Barbara Bauman & her husband Gordon; granddaughter, Sharon Hedlund of Napa, CA; and 3 great-grandchildren. As registrar both at Pacific Lutheran University and California Lutheran University, she reflected a deep and genuine interest in all of the students. Memorials preferred to Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Burial Wed. at Lakewood Cemetery, Albert Lea, MN. Funeral service Tuesday 10:30 AM at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 2315 Chicago Ave S., Mpls.
