Forsyth Lenore C., age 67, of Coon Rapids, MN, former Mapleton, MN resident, died Sat., Sept. 28, 2002 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. Funeral service 1 pm Wed., Oct. 2 at St. Teresa Catholic Church in Mapleton, with Fr. Timothy Bired officiating. Visitation Wed. 2 hours prior to service at church. Interment Woodland Hills Memorial Park.
