Survived by mother, Kate Chuba; sister, Vera (Dick) Gardner; brother, Dave (Linda) Chuba; nephews, Mike (Beata) Chuba and Doug Gardner; niece, Debbie Wright & other nephews & nieces. Funeral from the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel, 1918 University Ave NE, Saturday at 9:40 AM. Funeral services at St. Mary's Orthodox Cathedral (17th Ave NE & 5th St) at 10 AM. Interment Ft.
