Askland Joyce E., age 62, of Maple Grove, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2002. She was preceded in death by husband, Richard Sr.; mother, Myrtle Fletcher; father-in-law, Lewis Askland. She is survived by daughter, Michelle (Tom) Schultz; grandchildren, Danielle and Jenna; son, Richard Jr. (Linda); grandson, Hunter; father, Glen Fletcher; sisters, Bev Sherman, Karen (Stan) Selvaag; brother, Ken (Bonnie) Fletcher; several nieces and nephews, including special niece, Terry. Funeral service will be Fri. 1/18, at 11 AM, with visitation one hour prior at Shepherd of The Grove Lutheran Church, Maple Grove. A visitation will be held Thurs. 1/19, 4-7 PM, First Memorial Brooklyn Park Chapel/Cremation Society of MN. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. 763-560-4694
