Ferrin John W., of Wayzata, died Dec. 29, 2002 at age 90. He was a home building contractor in the Lake Minnetonka area for 40 years. Preceded in death by his 4 brothers, Ralph, Frank, Forrest and Arthur. Survived by Merle, his wife of 67 years; children, Ann Gruenhagen, Frank Ferrin & wife Ginger, Russell Ferrin & wife Jean, Judy Clark & husband Doug; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many other loving relatives and friends. Memorial service 1:30 pm Saturday at Wayzata Evangelical Free Church, 705 Hwy 101 N. in Plymouth. Private interment, Hillside Memorium. Memorials may be directed to Wayzata Ev. Free Church.
