Wojciak John S. "Jack", 59, of Mpls passed away April 9, 2003. Preceded in death by parents, John & LaVonne. He is survived by sons, Todd & his special friend, Molly and Ryan & his wife, Debbie; granddaughter, Katlyn; grandson, Austin; sisters, Barb (Chuck) Donatelle and Bev (Reid) Boyer; girlfriend, Nancy Mace; 4 nieces; and many many friends. Mass of Christian Burial 12 noon, Saturday, April 12, at All Saints Catholic Church, 435 - 4th St NE with interment following at Hillside Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 pm, TONIGHT (Friday), at Kapala-Glodek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 230 - 13th Ave NE with prayer service 7:30 pm. Visitation also one hour prior to Mass Saturday at church.
