Gauer John P., age 31, of North Branch, MN, died on Feb. 3, 2002. Survived by best friend and wife, Marcia; light of his life son, Parker; parents, Daniel and Maureen Gauer; sister, Stephanie Mohr and husband Dennis; grandparents, Ralph and Leona Burke; mother-in-law, Ann Oldenburg; father-in-law, Keith Oldenburg and his wife; 3 sisters-in-law, Terry Meyer and husband Jeff, Lou Oldenburg, Joan Robertson and husband Mark; godparents, Mary Emberland and Bernie Burke; aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by grandparents, Otto and Jeanette Gauer. Northwest Airline Mechanic, served in the Air Force for 8 years. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, February 7, 2002 at 10 AM, St. Gregory's Catholic Church in North Branch, MN. Visitation from 5 PM until 8 PM Wed., Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch, and one hour before service at the church. Interment 1:30 PM Thursday, Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
