Joe E. Ohno Obituary
Ohno Joe E., age 76, of Richfield, passed away on June 10, 2002 at Fairview Southdale Hospital from a massive heart attack. Survived by brothers, Fred (Emi) Ohno of Burnsville, MN, Tom (Reiko) Ohno of Bloomington, MN and Henry Ohno of Downey, CA; sisters, Takiko Hazemoto of Japan, Marian Kikuchi of Seattle, WA, Amy (Paul) Shimada of Sacramento, CA, Nobuko (John) Ikeda of Upland, CA, Sakiye (Albert) Tsuchiya of Bloomington, MN and Sally Sudo of Bloomington, MN; and many nieces and nephews. Joe graduated H.S. in Minidoka Internment Camp. He served with the military intelligence service as an interpreter in the Pacific Theatre. He graduated from U of MN in Computer Science and worked as a Computer Analyst with the New Orleans Police Dept. Private services. Memorials may be directed to the family for charity designation.
