Nettz (McNett) Joan L., age 66, of Plymouth, died Saturday, November 9, 2002 at Methodist Hospital. She was preceded in death by one sister. Survived by husband, William G.; daughter, Sheryl Nettz of St. Louis Park; sons, William Eric (Jane) Nettz of Champlin, Brian (Heidi) Nettz of Monterey, CA; sisters, Virginia Brooks of Orange Park, FL, Kathleen (Arthur) Schroeder of Neosho, MO; brother, William M. (Gloria) McNett of Washington, IL. Joan was born November 4, 1936 in Mt. Morris, IL, to William D. and Gladys Nalley McNett. She married William G. Nettz on August 23, 1959, in Mt. Morris. She was a graduate of Eureka College, and was an elementary teacher. She was also an employee at Len Bush Roses for several years and WG Computer. Services will be held Tuesday, 11 am at Fourth Baptist Church, 900 Forestview Lane N., Plymouth, with visitation beginning one hour before the service. Dr. Douglas McLachlan will officiate. Interment will be at German Liberal Cemetery, Hamel. Memorials may be made to the Fourth Baptist Church, American Cancer Society, or an organization of the donor's choice.
