Dill Joan E. Dill, age 67, of Spring Park died Friday, May 2, 2003. She is survived by twin sister, Jean; daughters, Sandy (Jim), Denise; and son, Harlyn (Lisa); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her beloved companion dog, Susie; and many friends. Joan was the owner of the Log Cabin Cafe in Spring Park for twenty three years. She will be greatly missed by all. A memorial gathering will be held to remember Joan on Monday, May 5, from 4-6 pm at Joan's Log Cabin Cafe in spring Park. Huber Funeral Chapels Mound Chapel 952-472-1716
