Giancola JoAnne M., age 75, of NE Mpls. Retired U S West Employee. She was preceded in death by husband, Paul. Survived by children, Camille & husband Ken Johnson, Nicola Giancola & partner Sandy Carolan, Mary Jo Giancola & partner Jo Linne, Michael & wife Kimberly Giancola, Claire & husband Joel Belmares; grandchildren, Audrey Johnson, Dominic and Gabriel Belmares and Faustino Giancola; siblings, Gale Monteleone, John (Char) Helmbrecht, Jeri (Del) Wischmann, Ralph (Joyce) Strabley, Michael (Diane) Helmbrecht; brother-in-law, Gabriel (Les) Giancola; sister-in-law, Josephine (Alroy) Carlson; close and very dear friends Fran Corbett, Mary Geimer, Christina Saucke; and many other loving friends and relatives. Joanne touched the lives of so many people. Throughout her life, ''Jo'' comforted and helped those less fortunate than herself. She truly believed that through the acts of compassion and service to others, life is given its truest meaning and that there is goodness in each and every soul. With Jo's passing, we are saddened for our loss but are comforted in knowing that she wished for each of us peace and love in God's name. She will be deeply missed by all.
