Dvorak Jerry, age 99, of Bloomington, passed away 12/7/02. He was preceded in death by his 7 brothers, Joe, Emil, Tony, Fred, Ed, Rudy, Bill; and 1 sister, Martha. He is survived by his wife, Viola; daughter, Diane; and 4 grandchildren. Funeral service 1:30 PM, Saturday, 12/14/02, with visitation from 12-1:30 PM at Normandale Baptist Church, 4701 W. 84th St., Bloomington. Interment Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
