Cokley Jerome H., age 65, passed away Nov. 13. Preceded in death by father, Henry; and step-father, Joe Matykiewicz. Survived by mother, Agnes Cokley Matykiewicz; daughter, Wendy (Mike) Stament; grandchildren, Jeromy, Shane, and Courtney; brother, Gene (Judy) Cokley; sister, Arlene (Tom) Donahue; Wendy's mother, Judy Roman; numerous relatives and friends. Funeral service Monday Nov. 18, 11 am, at Kapala-Glodek-Malone Funeral Home, 7800 Bass Lake Rd in New Hope. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
